Had a text yesterday and phone calls.
I replied to the emails - and behold its not 0% as advertised.
i notified phil without a response ,
i explained i was surprised he had anything to do with the scammers and it was untrue percentages.
phil? any sense..
Perhaps fully read the conditions?
It doesn't say it's 0% for ALL business, only those rated above their 1 star rating (ie I assume it's risk based against your financial condition, like most lending).
What lead you to believe otherwise - do you have other correspondence to the contrary - perhaps share with us ?
To label as Scammers without evidence on an open forum is a little presumptuous.........

Had an email, hardly what I'd call scammers.
Has anyone checked these people out?
I'm worried that it seems too good to be true, combined with overly-strong, amateur selling techniques. That's not a good sign in financial services.
Take professional advice before you go near signing up for anything like this? Your credit rating is at risk etc.
whats your reply ?

If phils done a deal then he should clarify and respond accordingly to highlight the truth..
I wasted an hour or so with this company without any sense still.

Rob, it's just not worth it - your postings are cryptic and hard to understand.
Details about the tie-up with CoT have been well documented in LJN posts and included on many weekly newsletters
You may not like or understand the offers, but to call them Scammers is, in my opinion, unprofessional - something you have previously pointed out on other posts.
You may be right, so if you feel strongly, you can of course report them.

I think it's unfair to lay in to Rob for being unsure about this scheme: I am concerned about it as well.
Looking at the website there isn't an obvious interest rate comparison, they only have "interim" approval from the FCA, and there is a warning if you're not a limited company.
Doing a rough calculation, even using their "discount for faster repayment", the starting interest rate is about 75% APR. I'm happy to be wrong on that, but that's how it looks to me. That drops, obviously, if you borrow more over time and repay faster (their example is repaying in 10 weeks).
I'm not an expert by any means, but it looks like a payday loan-type scheme on the face of it. These suit some people, but I'd still say take independant advice before entering in to large borrowing.
Gary, I don't think it's necessary to suggest reporting them to the ombudsman! They aren't doing anything wrong, other than sending me a spam email saying I can get an unsecured loan for as little as 1-2%, whereas I calculate it's nearer 75% APR to begin with!
