take panels to another address round the corner

cut side off and remove holly branches to be able to erect new fence

dry-mix in new 3 4''x4'' posts and fit 6x6ft ship-lap panels with turbo-gold screws ! attaching one panel @end to brick-wall with 4 metal clips. remove concrete bits and dig off some rubbeckias on border next to it.

cut tops of the 3 posts level/angled down for run-off /sand-paper off- remove 1 dumpy bag green waste. oh and cement side of grid and bits between slabs

surely it would work out cheeper to use new materials, as removing a fence can take quite a while especialy if you have to save bits.
Quoted £704 for replacing 9 panels & 11 posts recently..plus £180 quid for a skip, the ground is rooty, the old panels have to be carried to the skip a reasonable way, the new stuff back too....plus one panel needs cutting down !

I still think I've done it cheap ??
I think your price was about right. We charge on avg £90 per panel plus uplift depending upon the lay of the land and aditional waste away.

i usually quote around £950 for approx one side of garden /about 7/8 panels !

so for my job it was half this but ,then its easier once you have started to do 3 more posts panels (while your all on -site and all tools etc are out and ready)

proguard are you charging £150 a day now for everything ?
i charge less sometimes for labour/work ,rather than with ride-on ,stihls etc - but then labour (no petrol tools) type work is 'harder , so i maybe should charge a bit more.
£90 per panel plus uplift and waste away charges is about spot on as a good genral price guide.
