Best Advertising

I was just wondering on what others find are the best places to advertise. I advertise on yell and a local radio ad( which is pricey to keep running), these have worked well for me to get a fairly decent client base. With all the B&Q gardeners popping up for the summer the local papers have endless pages of adverts and although it's not impacted me,but do small established firms suffer because of them.

  • Bloody b and q gardeners really annoy me I know my local trade point staff well they showed me the new applications for trade cards from landscaper and gardeners in 1 month they had 26 applications.
  • 26 is that all haha. The best i've seen is a guy pushing a mower whilst carrying a strimmer with a can of fuel balanced on the mower, he had a converted ruck sack for all his tools and a blower tied over his shoulder with rope. and the best i have seen advertised is qualified gardener available for any garden task, customer must be in for me to plug my mower and strimmer in
