100mm Planed Post & Stainless Steel Wire "Fence"
We are putting in an 'informal' fence where will use 100mm Planed/smooth 'European' style posts with 3 or 4 strands of stainless wire running along the length of the fence.
Anyone any experience on whether it's best to go 'thru' the posts with the wire or use some form of fixings on the face of the post which, ideally, clamp the wire?
Any suppliers recommended (apart frpm S3i), views on cable thickness that looks good - run will 5 bays of 1.8m (ie 6 posts) across the rear of a garden to provide a screen that plants will be grown against (tied in to)...

going through is cheaper by a long way ,S31 are good guys with ace products or you can try Jackob inox line

They were happy to spend time on the phone discussing our needs, suggesting solutions and then creating the order for our approval.
Thoroughly recommended. Client happy and now wants a trellis system in Stainless !
