Event Description

This meeting will kick off with Sustainable Rammed Earth structures in the garden, presented by Kerry Jackson.

Rammed Earth is a truly sustainable landscaping method which utilises waste soil from site excavations. Using soil from site, which will otherwise be wasted, rammed earth landscaping eliminates the need for muck-away and importation costs.

Kerry's Rammed Earth presentation will be followed by an informal networking discussion.

These networking sessions are 'blank page' and really informal.

Blank page means the time is given over to what you want to discuss and not an agenda led programme.

These meetings give everyone a chance to discuss issues such as practitioner welfare through to landscape materials: and a variety of subjects in between.

Get there when you can

We understand you are busy and want to make the most of your working day (especially if the weather is nice).

If you cannot make the 5.00pm don't worry because Phil Voice will be there from 5.00pm until at least 9.00pm.

If you cannot make the Rammed Earth presentation then why not just pop along for an hour and say hello, or maybe even come along just for an informal meal afterwards?

There is an ongoing thread so you can see who is already attending - see here: http://www.landscapejuicenetwork.com/xn/detail/2074886:Comment:585608

Thanks for your message Jill. I do understand about the travel costs.
Would have loved to have introduced more venues but I think it would have become too complicated.

Hope you can make it though. As you say, last year was fun:)
I've tried to keep the format simple this year and have dubbed each meeting as a 'blank page' meeting.

As was found last year, once the meetings got going they really wandered into some interesting topic areas.
